We offer both. In-person sessions are available at our Auckland office. Online sessions via video call are available for clients throughout New Zealand and internationally. Let us know your preference when booking.

We understand life happens. Let us know at least 48 hours before your session if you need to reschedule. We'll do our best to find a new time that works for you.

Our services are educational in nature. If you're struggling with an eating disorder, we strongly recommend connecting with a mental health professional and healthcare provider who specialise in eating disorders. We're happy to discuss how general nutrition education might support your recovery alongside professional treatment.
