Refund Policy

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation Notice: To cancel a session, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with fewer than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule to another time at no cost if requested 48 hours in advance. If you cancel and wish to rebook, standard rates apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: Available if you cancel more than 48 hours before your session. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

No Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, or sessions attended are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for educational materials once accessed.

3. Package & Framework Refunds

6-Week Framework: If you cancel before your first session, a full refund is available. Once sessions have commenced, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for remaining sessions (minus any sessions attended).

Example: If you purchase a 6-session package for $298 and cancel after 2 sessions, refund = $298 − (2 × $72) = $154.

4. Premium Resources & Email Courses

Once purchased and delivered, premium resources (workbooks, email courses) are non-refundable as they are digital products. However, if you experience a technical delivery issue, we will resend or troubleshoot at no charge.

5. Service Issues

If you are unsatisfied with a session due to a genuine issue (incorrect format, service failure), please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to reschedule or consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

6. No Refunds for Guarantees

We do not offer refunds based on personal results or outcomes. Our services are educational in nature and results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and context.

7. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We reserve the right to evaluate special circumstances (illness, emergency, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.

8. Refund Process

Step 1: Contact us via email with your name and booking details.

Step 2: We will confirm eligibility and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Step 3: Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time.

9. Disputes

If you dispute a charge or refund decision, please contact us first. If unresolved, you may escalate via your payment provider or financial institution.
